With a panel of top restaurateurs, street food veterans, critics and buyers, including Ceviche's Martin Morales and Selfridges' Head Food Buyer, Scott Winston, we covered everything from starting a new food brand to launching a flagship restaurant. Set in London's newest cultural destination and foodie paradise, Pop Brixton, this exclusive session looked at what it takes to command the attention of a nation of discerning diners.
This session was in support of Brixton Food Bank, a non-profit organisation that helps to give food to people in crisis.
