For the first in our Inspire Here series, Tori Smith, founder of Grape & Fig, will be talking you through how to create the ultimate grazing platter on our IGTV.
Founded in 2017, GRAPE & Fig is the UK’s first and finest ‘grazing’ caterer. Their speciality: picture-perfect platters, covered in locally sourced produce – perfect for dipping and snacking.
You may have already enjoyed them at one of our Underground Sessions. However, with events on ice (for the time-being), join us on IGTV on Saturday 2nd May, as Tori shares her grazing expertise and gives you the opportunity to recreate the magic in your own home.
Selection of cheeses (hard, soft, blue) Selection of charcuterie meat Sun-dried tomatoes Stuffed peppers Dried apricots Olives Oranges Grapefruit Fresh honeycomb or honey to drizzle A large board or platter
Feel free to improvise on the amounts and selections, depending on the size of your platter
