We’ve partnered with Chimera and Diptyque to host a Masterclass in Service, our experts will be leading an interactive session on how to staff your store and enhance the customer experience. Hosted over cocktails and canapes at Clerkenwell Grind, this intimate masterclass will be tailored to first-time retailers looking to provide exceptional service through their stores and activations.
