While the space is beautifully finished and fully kitted out, it sits on the lower ground floor — so if you’re after a high-street frontage for product displays, the Retail Space upstairs might suit you better. That said, if you want a flexible, functional, and inspiring base for workshops or gatherings, The Lab Space is spot on.

Space rules
We don’t have a Market Rights Licence. If the client is hiring our venue for a pop up/showcase event with five or more individual sellers/traders, they may need one.
Evening bookings are available. Please note that an out-of-hours staffing fee applies for bookings outside our regular office hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM), as well as all bookings on Mondays. These bookings require two staff members and will incur an additional charge of £30 per hour.
