BOXPARK is the world’s first pop-up mall, with a renowned line-up of local and global fashion and lifestyle brands, cafes and restaurants. This small unit will see you close to busy Shoreditch High Street station and BOXPARK’s very own green, for one month. This space is available for a great retailer and comes equipped with an adjustable key clamp shelving and rail system.

Due to the fact the BOXPARK Shoreditch is open under special circumstances with limited availability, we are unable to include business rates for this space. However, we do know the business rates prior to any reduction are £9,750 annually. With the retail, hospitality and leisure property relief scheme, you are entitled to apply for a 75% reduction, reducing the rateable value down to £2,437.50 annually. As such, the expectation is that you independently register your business with Tower Hamlets London Borough Council to secure this reduction and pay the business rates separately from your booking through Appear Here. BOXPARK will be able to assist with any further queries regarding this post-booking.

BOXPARK is a pop-up mall so it is not always possible to guarantee who your neighbours will be at the time of booking.

Unit is 40ft long x 8ft wide

Requirement for retailers to procure their own WiFi.

PLEASE NOTE: Tenants must collect the keys at 3pm on the Monday (start day), do their shop fit, and then trade Tues - Sunday, de-rig and clean the unit and hand the keys back to the landlord at midday on the Monday after.

Please note, BOXPARK no longer offer a signage pack for booking under 4 weeks, above the door will read "pop up" and the digital screen can be used for advertising.

Space rules
The agreement includes a landlord break clause with four weeks notice.

The tenant will be responsible for any Business Rates due, as well as arranging and maintaining their own WiFi network.

The unit will be provided in shell condition with an electrical supply only, with the tenant responsible for all fit out works.

All quoted rates exclude EPOS fees, Business Rates, and utilities.
