Please note, BOXPARK no longer offer a signage pack for booking under 4 weeks, above the door will read "pop up" and the digital screen can be used for advertising.

BOXPARK has standard trading hours of:
11.00 - 19.00 Monday to Saturday
11.00- 20.00 Thursdays
12.00 - 18.00 Sunday
We have a 50” commercial screen which can be utilised by all pop up tenants.
Please do not attempt to change the orientation of the screen or any of the settings as any damages you will be liable for.
All content is automatically scheduled so please submit ahead of your opening.
Landlord Break Clause: The landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement with 4 weeks' written notice.
Business Rates: The tenant is responsible for all business rates and associated charges.
Utilities & Services: The tenant will be responsible for installing and maintaining their own WiFi network and point-of-sale (POS) system.
Unit Condition: The unit will be provided in a shell condition with an electrical supply. The tenant is responsible for all internal fit out works.
