A Little About This Space

A round-the-week destination for street food, designer brands and vintage buys, at weekends Spitalfields becomes a hive of creativity as an array of independent makers and artists sell their wares at the designer maker market. Set up in a wooden stall here and you’ll be introducing your original idea to this busy marketplace. As well as independents, you'll also be surrounded by the likes of Chanel, M.A.C. and Jo Malone.

THE CROWD

This may be a busy lunchtime and after-work spot during the week, but on Saturdays and Sundays Spitalfields becomes one of East London’s busiest hotspots as 25,000 people per day come here to eat, drink and shop for one-of-a-kind finds. The Saturday Style Market is a draw for the fashion-forward, and Sundays see tourists and locals mingle as they grab brunch, lunch and take a stroll around the stalls. Liverpool Street station is a seven-minute walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll be near The Kitchens, Spitalfields’ recently revamped street food market that includes Berber & Q, Flank and Yum Bun. You’ll be joining an ever-changing collection of fellow makers and designers.
