Bar & Restaurant
Off one of Europe's busiest shopping destinations, the once under-used Bird Street will be a welcome relief for shoppers away from the chaos of Oxford Street. Transformed to be the UK's first 'Smart Street' – it's a ground-breaking sustainable retail and outdoor dining destination for the latest in technology, fashion, music and lifestyle. Be among the first to trade here and set the tone for future brands to live by.
We’re looking for cutting-edge brands to fill this space and bring something unique to the scene. Collaborations with like-minded brands would also work well here. Each retail space (designed to look like origami birds) is powered by next-generation technology including electricity-generating paving and an air-purifying paint by Airlite. You'll have space for a vinyl logo sign, lighting and heating.
You're surrounded by a diverse mix of established brands – Selfridges, Reiss and Gap – as well as a wealth of elegant stores and luxury fashion houses on South Molton Street and Bond Street. Getting around is best by foot to avoid the West End traffic. Bird Street is easily accessible, with Marble Arch and Bond Street tube stations a few minutes' away.
