A Little About This Space

Earl's Court's Old Brompton Road is home to a lively mix of shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as the iconic music venue The Troubadour, which has played host to the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Adele over its 60+ year history. Next door to this longstanding local landmark, this large retail space to let is spread out over a long, narrow ground floor and a basement space.

THE CROWD

You’re four minutes from West Brompton and Earl’s Court stations, so you’ll see a fair few well-heeled workers doing their daily commute in the weekday rush hours. However, it’s evenings that are the busiest times here, especially at the weekends, as locals dine and drink in The Pembroke gastropub a couple of doors down, and music lovers from further afield flock to The Troubadour.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

To one side you’ll have The Troubadour and The Pembroke, to the other is a doctor’s surgery and a hair and beauty salon. You’ll be opposite Costa Coffee, a nail bar, hairdresser and vape shop.
