Tenant must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term, if the check out is delayed a £100 late fee will be applied and deducted from the security deposit held.
Check-in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check-out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.
Following checkout, a full assessment will be done to review the need for professional cleaning. If a professional cleaning is needed, this will be quoted for and then charged to the tenant or deducted from the deposit.
