There are strict timing regulations for the Space. Please request a Venue Information Pack from the Landlord. Any additional charges must be agreed between Tenant and the Landlord. You may need Manchester’s City Council consent, which should be applied for by yourself.

There is power dotted across the space, but to use the power you will need to secure any cabling via the regulated trunking and complete a RA-MS to coincide.

There is no alcohol license. Any alcohol on site will have to be either given away for free or sold via a Temporary Events Notice. You can apply for one through the Manchester City Council.
There is no guaranteed parking, all parking is subject to existing events and activities that are taking place on site such as building refurbishment / development and new businesses moving in.
