Hackney Wick was placed on the map following the 2012 London Olympics. Since then, cafes and special breweries like CRAFT have popped up and brought a bunch of the city's creatives to the area. On the ground floor of this shared warehouse is a shop space for rent (currently home to Routes coffee shop and Thingy recording studios).
During the week, Prince Edward Road is more popular as a place to live and work than to play and shop. But round the corner, destinations like Number 90 and CRATE brewery draw visitors to the area on Saturdays. Young professionals and creative types – from musicians and artists to designers and crafters - have begun to make this neighbourhood their base. Hackney Wick station is a three-minute walk away.
Vinyl Pimp record shop, Skinny Eric's Cycleworks and Natura Pizzeria (a popular local laid-back pizza spot) are round the corner. This space shares a building with Woodmill photography studio. Next door is an apartment block.
Available to rent for a minimum of 4 weeks.
No alcohol licence.
This area is a little quiet, but the space works well as a destination shop.
This ground floor space is currently home to a coffee shop and a recording studio. The Landlord can combine the two to make one big space for you or you can also take a look at the upper floor spaces for rent.
