A Little About This Space
Old Street is a physical meeting point for the city’s creative, technology and design industries. The underground station alone enjoys 23 million visitors each year, and is fast becoming a retail and food destination in its own right. Open 20 hours a day – this is the spot for new ideas to break into the capital.
This space is available for a maximum of two ideas. Previous collaborations in this space have included Pact coffee and superfood brand Pollen and Grace who paired up to create a relaxed lunch-time destination in the underground.
These spaces have been renovated with retail ideas in mind. You’ll find white walls, concrete flooring, bright lights and ample electricity in each unit. There is also a lightbox for eye catching branding.

Rules of The Space
Branding on the exterior of the shops is permitted.
No drilling is allowed without written method statements. This needs to be approved byTfL's head office.
Painting of the interior of the shop is permitted however subject to reinstating at the end of the tenancy.
Loading and delivery can be done via the loading bay on top of Old Street roundabout. There is a small lift down to the station. Loading access should be done outside of peak hours and Sundays.
There are no toilets in individual spaces, however there are shared toilets for staff in the station.
Each space comes with a small storage space.
Check-in occurs from 4-5pm on Sundays.
Checkout occurs from 3-4pm on Sundays.
