A Little About This Space

Home to Bluebird and Vivienne Westwood’s eponymous boutique, Chelsea’s famous high street is one of its busiest bits. With two floors of white-painted space, this big, brightly-lit shop is a blank canvas that would lend itself well to female fashion, interiors and health and wellness ideas. Chelsea’s stylish big spenders love shopping at the King’s Road’s luxury labels, concept stores and high-end brands. Fashion-forward women head to The Cherry Moon next door to check out their range of emerging and luxury fashion brands, while the Emmett shop a couple of doors away is a draw for well-dressed men. Triyoga is where you’ll find Chelsea’s budding yogis and yoginis in the mornings and evenings all week round. The King’s Road doesn’t get the footfall of central London’s shopping streets and is usually at its busiest from Friday through Sunday when people have more time for brunch and a browse around the shops.


Online fashion retailer The Cherry Moon’s first bricks and mortar store is to one side of the shop, to the other are Triyoga and CPRESS. The shop is also close to brasserie, bar and members’ club Beaufort House, iconic local landmark The Bluebird and the Mexican cantina-style Azteca cocktail bar.

Rules of The Space

Check with the Landlord before repainting the walls. You may be asked to repaint them back to its original colour after occupation and Brands must use only free-standing displays in the Premises.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of two weeks

All tenants must hold Public Liability Insurance cover to a minimum of £10 million, for the duration of any tenancy.

Brands must maintain the security of the Premises including ensuring that all alarm systems and locks are used and properly maintained.

Brands must not lock or block any of the fire escapes or hinder anyone needing to use them.

Brands must not leave rubbish of any kind either outside the Premises or inside the Premises other than in compounds designed for rubbish.

Brands must not display any goods or transact any business outside the Premises.

Contact details of the key holder should be provided to the Landlord before check in.

Bookings are required to start on a working weekday but can end on Sat/Sun/Bank Holiday.

2 week minimum booking period

The Landlord would prefer to have a maintenance day between bookings every other month

Absolutely no access to drop off / set up /collect/deliver outside of the booked days

Home Truths

On one side of the generous basement area, there is a ceiling mounted extractor fan, a wall-mounted fuse board and some disconnected pipework.
