World-class museums and galleries, Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrities aplenty await when you take a stroll down Chelsea’s Iconic Kings Road. This world-famous street is perennially popular and perennially stylish and in the midst of it all you’ll find this split-level retail space to let. With a large window frontage and a private kitchenette, the space is immaculately decorated and available for lets between two weeks and three months
The heart of the leafy West and officially one of London’s wealthiest areas, Chelsea is home to the young and beautiful (along with their well-to-do parents) and a lot of foreign investment. Home to excellent eateries and a number of designer and high-end shops, King’s Road sees a very steady stream of visitors all week long with busiest moments likely to come at the weekend. A 19-minute walk to South Kensington station.
Next door to a Mexican cantina and a blow dry bar and opposite a Thai restaurant and a stylish furniture shop. The area could be ideal for homewares, interiors and deli businesses.
You have to stick to the opening hours of 09:00 and 20:00.
Check with the Landlord before repainting the walls. You may be asked to repaint them back to its original colour after occupation and Brands must use only free-standing displays in the Premises.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two months.
All tenants must hold Public Liability Insurance cover to a minimum of £5 million, for the duration of any tenancy.
Brands must maintain the security of the Premises including ensuring that all alarm systems and locks are used and properly maintained.
Brands must not lock or block any of the fire escapes or hinder anyone needing to use them.
Brands must not leave rubbish of any kind either outside the Premises or inside the Premises other than in compounds designed for rubbish.
Brands must not display any goods or transact any business outside the Premises.

This is the quieter end of the legendary Kings Road but thankfully “quieter” doesn’t necessarily mean quiet.
The Contemporary Boutique doesn't come with wifi, but if you need it to get your tills running, contact the Additions team and we'll hook you up. View the Additions Service here.
