A Little About This Space

Since the early 1990s, the East Village has transformed from artist-cum-squatter enclave to one of New York City’s most trendy and desirable neighborhoods. Even with an influx of well-heeled residents gobbling up real estate, the East Village hasn’t lost that artistic touch (there are still plenty of galleries and independent boutiques), but now the area around Tompkins Square Park is decidedly upscale.

This retail space has just been refurbished, so inside it's a white-boxed blank canvas. A box window at the front overshoots onto the pavement - great for merchandising. There's a bathroom in the back and space for storage and fitting rooms.

Restaurants like David Chang’s Fuku and Momofuku, cocktail bars like Death & Co., and shops like Obscura Antiques make this neighborhood a must-visit for foodies, fashionistas, and scenesters. And this part of downtown is easy to get to via public buses or subway with the L train just six blocks away.
