Space rules
Tenant must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term, if the check out is delayed a £100 late fee will be applied.
Check in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.
Waste removal should be disposed of in the prescribed way as per instructions on check in. Failure to do so, could result in deductions from your deposit.
