A Little About This Space

Over 55 million visitors pass through Canary Wharf station's turnstiles each year. This is an opportunity to launch your idea in front of some of them with this underground experiential space inside the ticket hall of the station.


Canary Wharf is one of the city's major business districts so expect most passersby throughout the working week. There'll be many bankers, traders, journalists and local shopkeepers among the daily commuters and local residents. Canary Wharf also attracts tourists in small numbers (when compared to the West End for example), coming to check out One Canada Square in all its glory.


There are several pubs, bars and restaurants right on the station’s doorstep, surrounded by global corporate offices. The station itself leads to the Canary Wharf shopping centre, which has a variety of established brands including Cos, The Kooples, M.A.C., Waitrose and more.

Rules of The Space

No parking at the station. All parking, deliveries and loading bays are restricted and approved by
Canary Wharf Management Group.

Power is available for the external space. 2 sockets have been installed and the keys are held by station staff.

Storage is available but subject to approval.

Weight restriction for the plaza is no greater than 13 tonnes, spreader boards must be used for installations and removal of event equipment.

All concepts must abide by advertising standards. RAMS, PLI, etc. will be required.

Volume Discounts:
Bookings over £50,000: 5%
Bookings over £100,000: 10%
Discounts apply to single bookings only.
