THE CROWD
There’s a great community atmosphere among the Brixton Village business owners, and you’ll see a range of ages and cultures here as Brixton’s long-term locals and newer, more affluent residents come to browse and try out the market’s independent restaurants. Weekdays can be quiet, but it tends to get busier towards the end of the week. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days, especially around meal times. Brixton tube station is a two-minute walk away.

To one side of this space is reggae record store and music label Lion Vibes, to the other is vegan café and juice bar The Oracle’s Organic. Opposite is the ever popular breakfast and brunch spot Burnt Toast Café, homeware store Moda Medina, and designer Philip Normal’s eponymous store.

Rules of The Space
The Village closes at 6pm on Monday and 11.30pm every other night.
A1 license.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of one month.
Redecoration is permitted to an extent. Fit out proposals must be pre-approved by the landlord.
All Tenants must provide insurance documentation and shop fit proposal before they will be permitted access to the space.
Home Truths
It's a lively destination on weekends and evenings, but be prepared for some quiet times during the day.
This space is not suitable for F&B concepts, as the landlord is looking for retail brands only.
