A Little About This Space

Brick Lane is well-loved by both locals and tourists. With room for 46 on the ground floor and 60 downstairs in the speakeasy-style “drinking den”, this restaurant space to rent will put you and your brand near the bars and boutiques of Redchurch Street, Bethnal Green Road and Shoreditch High Street, as well as being on the well-worn path that is Brick Lane, of course.

THE CROWD

This northern end of Brick Lane is known for its cool bars, independent eateries and clothes shops, which attract more creatives and the fashion-forward from nearby hotspots such as Redchurch Street. There’s a buzz on Saturdays as a mainly young crowd comes here to shop, eat and drink, but Sunday’s markets are the biggest draw – and people will walk the length of Brick Lane to get their hands on a salt beef bagel a few doors down from this space. Shoreditch High Street station is a four-minute walk away.

Rules of The Space

The Landlord will be responsible for equipment breakages/repairs for the first month of tenancy. After that, the brand is responsible for all damages (extraction excluded).

If you want to sell alcohol, you'll need to provide a valid personal licence holder (PLH) for your business for the duration of the tenancy and also become the DPS for the premises.

There's an A3 licence and premises licence.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of 2 weeks.

The space comes fully fitted but any redecoration plans must be approved by the Landlord beforehand.

There are a lot of F&B options nearby, so you'll need to stand out from the crowd.

The Landlord is still running their business in the space, so they might need a little notice to move out.
