• Please note any event of 100+ people an SIA registered security guard must be supplied.
• Full Risk Assessment to be supplied.
• Additional hours for eg. overnight setup, £100 per hour.

This is an outside space so be prepared for what the British weather may throw at you.

We do not have an entertainment licence for this space so DJ’s/ loud music is not permitted
For the booking to be approved and to speed up your enquiry, you must supply the following information: who your brand is, what the purpose of the activation is, the proposed dates & duration, the live hours (set up time, live time, derig time) along with set up plans (images of what the activation will look like) and a 2D map of the layout (with dimensions).

DIGITAL SUPPORT PACKAGE
BOXPARK has created a fertile and thriving online community and engages continually with our online audience through our newsletter, facebook and twitter to help drive footfall and raise awareness. However, an optional digital package is £1k and includes: 1 Instagram story mention on @boxpark, 1 blog post on boxpark.co.uk, blog post to be shared on @boxpark’s Facebook and Twitter, @boxpark will also engage with posts referencing the brand where appropriate (ie RT’s, likes and comments)

CONTAINER INFORMATION
The container on the Green is 20ft and has a 32 amp single phase electricity supply. The container is permanent and can either be utilised as part of your activation or can simply be kept closed / used for storage if needed. There is also an outdoor tap for running water and a back of house area for waste disposal.
