A Little About This Space

A Little About the Space

This sleek event space for hire is in a glass-enclosed building on Bowery Street. It has a recessed entrance, an open floor plan, high ceilings, and urban-themed wall murals. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and an exposed ceiling, giving the space an industrial-chic feel. You will be in the center of Chinatown, an historic area, and one of the most visited destinations in New York City.

The Crowd

New Yorkers from all walks of life, as well as a steady stream of international tourists, come to Chinatown on a daily basis to dine at its ethnic restaurants and shop at its retailers of Asian goods. They lunch at nearby restaurants like Nom Wah Parlor, a dim sum eatery that has been in continuous operation since 1920, and Shanghai 21, serving regional Chinese cuisine. Locals and visitors from adjacent neighborhoods such as Little Italy and SoHo, also come to Chinatown on weekday and weekend nights alike to hit up trendy lounges including Rooftop 93 and the Bowery Beer Garden, at the Wyndam Garden Chinatown two blocks away.

Meet the Neighbors

You will be down the block from Joe's Shanghai, a recently reopened, and highly rated Chinese restaurant, that frequently sees lines out the door. Great NY Noodle Town, a longstanding eatery that is especially popular with the post-club crowd, because it is open to the wee hours of the morning, is also on the same street. The Italian restaurants and cafes in Little Italy, and Whiskey Tavern, a trendy, late night bar, are three blocks away.
