Bankside is found between Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and the River Thames. This stretch of bars, cafes, shops and galleries is popular with locals – and especially with tourists wandering just south of the river. Here you'll also be moments from the Tate Modern – a contemporary art space that alone attracts over 5.5 million visitors each year.

This space can be found between the Better Bankside community space and Vapiano restaurant. It's a large space with an expansive ground floor room and a mezzanine level reached by a spiral staircase. With high ceilings, white walls and floor-to-ceiling glass at the entrance, it's bright, stark and easy to work with. Currently the space is appearing as part gallery and part dry cleaner’s.

Visitors to the area will also be passing by attractions like Borough Market and Southwark Cathedral. London Bridge Station is an 11-minute walk away, and Southwark is 13 minutes away in the other direction.
