Along the SoHo section of Sixth Avenue lies this multi-level event space ready for film shoots, photo shoots, and unforgettable events. The multi-space arts center, located in downtown rather than midtown, housing two black box theaters and a lounge, is well-sized and comes fully equipped for your next party or creative project.
Fashionable New Yorkers come to SoHo from all parts of the city to shop at boutiques and be seen in its cafés and trattorias. Traffic is at its highest during weekday happy hours and on Saturday afternoons when the retail crowd comes to try and buy. The intersection of Spring & Sixth is primed for private parties given the area’s cultural cachet and sheer volume of options for grabbing dinner before or a nightcap after. Transportation-wise, you have subway stations within a few blocks at the Spring St A/C and the Canal St 1, and the four lane wide 6th Ave is an easy place to catch a ride around the city.
Look out the Mondrian-style windows and you’ll see Spring Street Park, wedging itself like an oasis between two slices of 6th Avenue. The Italian motorcycle brand, Ducati, has a showroom around the corner, across from Warby Parker’s New York City HQ. And you’ll have destination restaurants within a few blocks, including Cipriani, Charlie Bird, Jimmy at The James, and Lauderée SoHo. Birthplace of The Vagina Monologues, HERE has been a home to artists for over 25 years. Numerous celebrities have performed on HERE's stages including Mindy Kaling, Courtney Love, Leonardo di Caprio, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Michael Urie, Camryn Manheim, Dylan McDermott, Jimmy Simpson, Brian Selznick, Marisa Tomei.
The entrance is located on a side street just off 6th Avenue, but that shouldn’t deter people looking for more private events.
