The Lower East Side is home to some of New York’s most well-known restaurants, bars, and music venues, as well as this large pop up retail shop on the corner of Grand and Orchard. The open layout and finished wooden floors make it great for a variety of uses including an event or gallery space.

THE CROWD

The Lower East Side is one of those neighborhoods that still feels like old New York, with its history and grit. Between the old fire escapes and graffitti, the bodegas and art galleries, the LES has a certain charm that attracts people from all over. Some come to see music at places like Pianos or Rockwood Music Hall (two very different crowds), and others come to see art at one of the many galleries like Marc Straus, and of course the tourists come to places like Katz’s Deli.
