A Little About This Space

Bohemian and bookish, Bloomsbury in Central London was once home to some of the twentieth century’s greatest creatives, including Virginia Woolf, John Maynard Keynes and E M Forester. These days you’ll find it full of students for nearby UCL, tourists visiting the many small museums, and young professionals on their way to offices in Holborn - as well as plenty of interesting independent businesses.

The space consists of one large, versatile room, currently in use as a curiosities shop. The white walls and wooden floorboards give it a contemporary feeling, while the large display windows let in lots of light. The landlord is ideally looking for menswear brands, gifts or gadgets. Womenswear could work, but no underwear or lingerie concepts.

Lamb’s Conduit Street is a pretty street in the heart of Bloomsbury, just minutes from Great Ormond Street Hospital. It’s packed with independent boutiques such as Persephone Books and Albion Wine Shippers, as well as cosy cafes and small galleries. Both Russell Square and Holborn underground stations are nearby, making transport quick and easy.
