All events to be ticket only and limited in capacity to no more than 50 attendees in any 2 hour slot and in accordance with the Event Guidelines for St Martin’s Courtyard.
Any application to the local authority needs to be provided in draft to CBRE’s Property Manager for the Landlord’s prior approval. We reserve our Client’s right to delete or alter any of the proposed details in any application submission.
