The story

For Christmas, Ferrero Rocher decided to create a multi-layered dining experience exploring the different elements of their iconic chocolate. The result: Dolce by Ferrero Rocher, a 10-day pop-up dessert destination in Covent Garden. The menu, designed by celebrated chef Paul Hannagen, head chef at Cuisson, gave dessert lovers the chance to rediscover Ferrero Rocher and its unique combination of tastes and textures. Five mini desserts, each representing an element of the famous chocolate, included a decadent chocolate praline mousse and soft spun, gold dusted sugar. Following plenty of press attention, the queues stretched down the street on opening night and tickets quickly sold out.
