The concept was inspired by a trip he made from Oslo to Bergen crossing the Hardangervidda mountain plateau.

Nojo

Nojo

Nojo was born out of Simon Defta’s frustration of not being able to find nutritious food that was easy to eat on the go. The result; all-natural, gluten-free crêpes – rolled up into one easy to eat package. But what makes Nojo really stand out are the creative combinations. Highlights include king prawns and creamy avocado and bananas, raspberries with whipped cream and roasted walnuts.
