Read:
Bezonomics.Like them or loathe them, Amazon has changed the world and that's only going to accelerate post Covid. Every business can learn from Amazon.

Watch:
The Last Dance. It might be basically just a ten hour advert for Nike Air Jordans, but it’s incredibly entertaining and well shot, and the level and consistency to which Michael Jordan performed is nothing short of remarkable. You don't even need to like basketball to love this.

Listen:
The Shoe Dog audiobook. This was one of my favourite books from 2019 and I'm now re-reading but on audiobook. I'm nearly 10 years into building Grind and I find it very inspiring that Nike took 20 years to really get going but is now one of the world’s most valuable companies.

Shop:
Son of a tailor. I love these custom made, sustainable t-shirts from Copenhagen. To me they are a great example of the next gen of commerce: direct to consumer, customisable, high quality, built to last, and a company which has values.

Inspiration:
It’s got to be the Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern – how is she so un-phased by Covid-19 and earthquakes! An incredibly inspiring woman, from which some of the better known world leaders could learn a lot!
