The space can be fitted-out and merchandised to the brands specifications and must be returned to the Landlord in the same state as it was taken.
Structural changes to the Pop-Up space are strictly prohibited. At the end of this contract term, you will leave the property vacant and in a clean and tidy condition having removed your fixtures, fittings and effects and made good any damage caused to the property by the removal of any of your fixtures and fittings and effects. The premises must be cleaned and any repairs made to a professional standard.
Any holes must be filled and walls painted to match the current colour.
No excessive weight shall be placed on the walls and ceiling of the property.
