A Little About This Space
Trellick Tower is a famous feature on the west London skyline. This 31-storey block of flats often appears in films and music videos as a striking example of Brutalist architecture. On the ground floor, you’ll find Goldfinger Factory.
Goldfinger Factory empowers the local community by equipping people with craft and upcycling skills. It also gives designers a place to showcase their work. Since the space opened, successful workshops have been featured in GQ magazine and the Evening Standard amongst others.
Goldfinger can be hired for events and workshops. This space consists of a showroom to the left and a café to the right of the main entrance. The décor is distressed but chic – just like the furniture for sale. It’s an interesting space for inspiring ideas.

Capacity: seats 30 people / 45 people for a standing canapé-style reception.
No painting or drilling into the walls.

The landlord is looking for like-minded brands to take this space and by like-minded they mean sustainable, ethical businesses / individuals that (in the case for food) support local farmers and use organic, local, seasonal produce when and where possible.
As the on-site café is open 7 days a week, exclusive use of the space is not possible.
