Any changes to the space must be agreed in advance with the landlord, and the space returned in the condition it was in at the start of the booking.

This space also runs as a hair and photography studio during the following times so the hire would be for partial use only:
Tuesday & Wednesday 10am-10pm
Thursday 10am - 7pm
Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm

Outside of these hours, the hire can be fully exclusive.

Space rules
The rent is quoted for an 8 hour Slot (daily) only. Any extra hours required will be at an extra cost.

Insurance information must be made available prior to tenant agreement.

Any fixtures and fittings MUST be cleared by the landlord as there are strict policies surrounding this.

Tenants must keep the space clean and tidy at all times during the agreement.

Tenants must remove all possessions and ensure that the property is left as found upon departure of the tenancy agreement.
