A little about this space

This unique blank canvas space on Grape Street is located in the heart of Covent Garden in a prime location just off Shaftesbury Avenue. The flexible and Scandi-inspired interior makes it the ideal space to rent for press launches, conferences, private dining, receptions, exclusive parties, photography and filming. There's 171 sq. m. of space over two floors, with bi-fold door access into the ground floor. Amenities include PA system, 82-inch TV screen, two projectors, a large infinity curve wall, a fully-equipped kitchen for catering, and a beautiful gas fire place. Put your stamp on the studio with any branding or theme, or keep it simple with the current contemporary design. On the ground floor there's space for 80 standing and 60 dining, and 40 standing and 30 dining on the lower ground. There is a full equipment hire option available with everything from 50 white chairs at £5 each to spotlights at £10 each – please ask for concierge for more information. Please be aware that according to the length and scale of the hire the price will fluctuate. Access times available are between 6.00am and 12.00am.

Space rules
No activity including loading can happen outside of 12.00am – 7.00am. Please confirm with the Local Authority regarding their permitted trading hours for your type of activity.
Normal Studio hours are 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Events must end by 11.00pm for close at 12.00am.
Early morning or late evening access will incur a £175.00 fee. Please note all setup and break down must happen during booked hours. Additional hours will be charged as overtime: £275 p/h

All evening events require licensed security, the landlord will provide this charged at £35 per hour (minimum of 5 hours). All events are subject to a £175 cleaning fee.

If required, there is a technician fee of £250 who will help set up your project perfectly in sync with the venue's systems.

Please note that the Landlord does not have a license to sell alcohol, although it can be served.

Redecoration: Subject to the proposal but not major works allowed.

All hirers must have adequate Public and Employees Liability Insurance to cover themselves, their visitors and staff in the event of an accident.
