Bar & Restaurant
Golborne Road’s village spirit has welcomed brands like Aesop into the mix of Portuguese delis, antique shops and Moroccan food stalls. The restaurant scene is also thriving with recent additions including Flat Iron, Kipfirl for Austrian fare, and 108 Garage – bringing Londoners from all over. Beneath the iconic Brutalist-style Trellick Tower, this retail space for rent is originally home to Goldfinger Factory – the Landlord's very own award-winning interior design platform which supports upcycling and artisans.

Unlike the touristic Portobello Road, it’s mostly people who live locally in the residential blocks above or the new builds across the street. Apart from English locals, the huge Portuguese and Moroccan community all congregate here over the town's best pastéis de nata in Portuguese cafes like Lisboa Patisserie further down. You’ll see most people out and about on Fridays and Saturdays with the food and bric-a-brac market down the other end of Golborne Road. The cafe next door attracts regular local residents, too.
There are two laid-back cafes side by side, Trellick Lounge, and The Goldfinger Kitchen which is owned by the same Landlord who owns this space. There's a Costcutter two doors down.
As the floor plan shows, you're connected to the cafe to your left from inside – a good chance to draw customers through to your space.
