A Little About This Space

From Monday 30th of March until Thursday 2nd of April, Fenchurch Street will host a 4 day Market in the run up to Easter weekend. The landlord is looking to feature stalls from the best local independent craft and food producers. Think artisan food along with chocolate treats and gifts.

The market will sit on a recently landscaped piazza, outside the main ticket hall. Over 40,000 people per day come through the station, and there is a good catchment of office workers in the area. Peaks in footfall are between 7am and 9:30am then between 12 and 2:30pm followed by 5:30-9pm.

Each stall comes with a smart black 3-sided gazebo and cover. You can brand it with your own banner along the front of the one trestle table also provided.

Space listing for the full 4 days.
The total rent is £296 excluding vat.
