Founded by Henrietta Adams, Henri London specialises in fine women's shirting made from the best quality organic cotton. Henrietta wanted to raise brand awareness after launching her website a month earlier. So she decided to launch a pop-up store in a high footfall space on Hackney Road. The results exceeded all expectations: in-store sales beat her targets, online sales increased and her social following grew. Other benefits included realising that men were as interested in her shirts as women and getting the opportunity to partner with other like-minded makers such as ZM Jewelry and Earl of East London. Henrietta is now on the lookout for a second pop-up location.
