There’s lots to see and do on Roman Road. The historic market runs three days a week and attracts scores of shoppers, mostly locals, to the east end of the street. There's also the hugely popular Buddhist Centre and its shop Lama’s Pyjamas. Not to mention the Scandi-style gift shop Snap. This former bookshop cafe sits near the beginning of Roman Road, close to the Bethnal Green Road and Museum of Childhood.
