Think Battersea and think Victorian architecture, glorious parks and the joy of riverside living. The little sister of neighbours Fulham and Chelsea, Battersea is a West London haunt on the up and this is where you’ll find this exciting theatre-themed restaurant space to let. With ornate décor and balconied tables, you’re unlikely to find a rental space like it. There’s a stage area for live music, a small bar, kitchen area and toilettes at the rear as well as a basement storage area.
Young families and 20 to 30-somethings make up the majority of Battersea’s residents. They come for the relatively affordable rents (in comparison to Chelsea at least) and stay for the good schools and pretty parks. This restaurant is in the middle of a parade of shops and is likely to see most of its visitors at weekends and evenings. A 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town station.
Next door to a nail salon on one side and a furniture shop on the other. The properties opposite are residential but you’ll be close to a hotel and a selection of cafes, pubs and eateries.
Opening hours and alcohol licence: 10am to midnight, 7 days a week.
Battersea doesn’t currently have a tube station but, as you’ll be in the middle of Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth, attracting customers should be easy with a little imagination.
