There's much more to World's End on Chelsea's King's Road than Vivienne Westwood's famous boutique, especially as new brands continue to move into the area. This large shop to rent has a lovely traditional storefront, and is in great condition with two big white-boxed showrooms for you to play with. The landlord would love to see a local brand here, but is open to other interesting and exciting ideas.
With the likes of Designers Guild and the aforementioned Westwood boutique nearby, this stretch sees a fair number of Chelsea’s big spenders shopping here during the day. The Triyoga studio over the road is a draw for the area’s health-conscious yummy mummies from dawn till dusk. Evenings bring diners and drinkers to the likes of Busaba Chelsea, Azteca and locals’ favourite Beaufort House. You’ll see more people around at weekends, as people take the time for brunch and a browse round the shops. South Kensington tube is a 15-minute walk.
You’ll be in between Duck & Dry, London’s best-known blow-dry brand, and a lighting and electrical shop. Opposite is a Triyoga studio and a few furniture stores.
You have to stick to the opening hours of 09:00 and 20:00.
Check with the Landlord before repainting the walls. You may be asked to repaint them back to its original colour after occupation and Brands must use only free-standing displays in the Premises.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two months.
All tenants must hold Public Liability Insurance cover to a minimum of £5 million, for the duration of any tenancy.
Brands must maintain the security of the Premises including ensuring that all alarm systems and locks are used and properly maintained.
Brands must not lock or block any of the fire escapes or hinder anyone needing to use them.
Brands must not leave rubbish of any kind either outside the Premises or inside the Premises other than in compounds designed for rubbish.
Brands must not display any goods or transact any business outside the Premises.
Contact details of the keyholder should be provided to the Landlord before check in.
You can dress and redecorate the space, but it must be returned as found.
