A Little About This Space

This light and clean second floor space for rent is located in funky Venice Beach right on the Venice Boardwalk.
The space has been freshly painted white throughout and features skylights providing lots of natural light. The real star of the show however is the colorful rooftop deck accessed via double french doors at the rear of the space. Complete with artificial grass and spray painted walls this space would be perfect for experiential retail, a summer showroom or an event into the evening.

The crowd

The crowd that Venice Beach attracts is as diverse as the neighborhood itself. Venice boasts an
offbeat, surfer-hippie vibe with its eclectic shops, street performers, and laid back beach-side
bars and eateries. Locals and tourists alike come to Venice Beach for the quirky atmosphere,
and of course to soak up some sun and waves. The Venice Boardwalk is consistently packed
with beach-goers looking to shop and grab a bite and a drink.

Meet the neighbors

This space neighbors vintage clothing shop, Animal House, as well as Dunkees art gallery, with
Menotti’s Coffee Stop and Townhouse Venice across the street. The famous Venice Sign is
located on the same block as this space, and renowned Muscle Beach is only a short walk
away. This space is right in the middle of Venice Beach, with plenty of popular bars and
restaurants -- like High Rooftop Lounge and Eggslut -- around to maintain the area’s unique
energy.
