A Little About This Space

Williamsburg has fully transformed its waterfront into a glistening skyline of high-rise luxury buildings. You’ll find plenty of hipsters, yuppies, and everyone in between shopping at thrift stores and eating in vegan restaurants on Grand Street. By the East River, this former paper museum with original brick walls is now for rent as a retail space. There's a projector, refrigerator, media player, speakers, tables and chairs for brands to use.

The locals here are generally wealthy, young professionals who work in Manhattan and live here because of its creative energy. In the evenings, Freehold and The Woods are popular weekend hotspots for dancing. There’s a number of boutiques on Grand Street – Antoinette is a hip vintage clothing store, Package Free helps reduce your carbon footprint, and Sprout Home is a popular garden shop. The Bedford Ave L station is a 10-minute walk away.

Across the street is a children’s toy store and further up the block is Croxley’s Ale House, a bar serving pub grub that’s popular for sporting events. Aurora is an upscale Italian restaurant with a beautiful back garden for dining outside.
