Packed with pretty boutiques and picture-perfect restaurants, Westbourne Grove delivers exactly what Notting Hill’s stylish locals want from their high street. This lovely space to let is owned by the landlord of the Peruvian restaurant next door, who’s looking for a complementary F&B idea wanting to set up on this sought-after street.
On weekdays, Notting Hill’s well-heeled inhabitants come to Westbourne Grove for its fab fashion brands and light-filled lunch spots, such as Jusu Brothers next door. Evenings get livelier towards the end of the week as more people head out for drinks and dinner at the likes of your neighbour, Andina. Weekends are when the street is busiest, especially around brunch times and early evenings, and although you’ll see a few tourists straying here from Portobello, it’s a largely local crowd here. Notting Hill Gate station is a 10-minute walk.
To one side of you is a branch of the Peruvian ceviche restaurant Andina. To your other side, Jusu Brothers serves up healthy Pan-Asian food during the day. You’ll be a couple of doors away from Taqueria, a Mexican restaurant, and not far from popular brunch spot Granger & Co.
This is a great spot on the street, so there’s not much to report here – although you’ll have some competition from the other F&Bs around you.
