A Little About This Space
One stop along from Stratford’s Olympic Park and Westfield shopping mecca, West Ham is probably best known for the football team of the same name - even though they moved on to nearby Upton Park over a century ago (and more recently to Stratford). This experiential space in West Ham station will put you in touch some of the three and a half million people per year.
THE CROWD
Although The Hammers are long gone, West Ham’s affordable Victorian properties and ace transport links have attracted a new crowd of young professionals, who you’ll see during morning and evening rush hours. The large green space of the nearby Memorial Grounds and some new housing developments have caused an influx of young families, too.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
The area around the station is largely residential, but there’s a Costcutter next to the station. Over the road is a fish and chip shop and the Manor Road Post Office.

This space is underground, and therefore anything involving fire or water will be declined.
All concepts must abide by advertising standards. RAMS, PLI, etc. will be required.
Volume Discounts:
Bookings over £50,000: 5%
Bookings over £100,000: 10%
Discounts apply to single bookings only.
No parking at station, deliveries are made outside before 07:00am.
No power.
Possible room for storage in the Ladder room.
