A Little About This Space

Although often derided for getting too touristy, SoHo attraction is still unquestionable. The cast-iron buildings, the cobblestone streets, and the fashionable stores and cafes make it a premier destination. Fashion brands open their flagship stores in SoHo as if to signal their seriousness, and restaurants and bars follow suit. This space is right in the heart of all the action. The brown building has a strong presence on the street with large windows inviting customers into a spacious first floor, which leads to an even larger second floor.

The Crowd

SoHo has become a renowned global shopping destination – and the crowd that frequents the area reflects this. European tourists make up a large part of those shoppers, but residents and local New Yorkers also make up a fair share. Although the shopping leans towards the high-end, it also includes many exceptional boutiques, such as Opening Ceremony and IF SoHo. Product launches, celebrities collaborations, and pop-ups feature prominently in the area.
