Redecoration to the interior is permitted, subject to a Risk Assessment and Method Statement being completed.

Hours of operation are between
0900-1800 Monday to Saturday
1100-1700 on Sundays

There is a retailers handbook with fit out guide lines and deliveries procedures that's provided when on site.

VAT is payable on the total price advertised.

A damage deposit of at least £1000 is required by the landlord and will be returned after the project.

No decoration is allowed to the outside of the shop other than the signage area to the top and the windows.
