Set up shop amongst some of NYC’s richest cultural institutions: Lincoln Center, Juilliard, and the Beacon Theatre. In front of the American Museum of Natural History and close to Central Park, this three-floor gallery space with a basement storage area used to be home to a Yoko Ono gallery.
On weekends, this block of West 79th draws a diverse crowd of tourists and residents heading to the museum or Theodore Roosevelt Park on their way to Central Park. Surrounding restaurants like upscale brunch spot Sarabeth’s and The Milling Room (good for happy hour) brings people to the area in the evenings.
This space sits next door to Total Theater Lab drama school. Down the street is the perennially popular Shake Shack and the Upper West Side's flea market Grand Bazaar.
We don't have a floor plan for this space yet, so don't forget to take a measuring tape to your viewing.
