Rules of The Space
A3/Extraction with alcohol licence.
The Landlord will be responsible for equipment breakages/repairs for the first month of tenancy. After that, the brand is responsible for all damages (extraction excluded).
If you want to sell alcohol, you'll need to provide a valid personal licence holder (PLH) for your business for the duration of the tenancy and also become the DPS for the premises.
A 1 month rent deposit will be required for any bookings of 3 months and more.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of 1 month.
Utilities aren't included for year-long bookings.
