Since its humble beginnings as a basement store back in 1964, Topshop has grown into one of Britain’s biggest brands and largest retail stores. Topshop Oxford Circus occupies over 100,000 sq ft of prime retail space in the heart of Central London and attracts on average a million visitors each month. This listing offers a space in one of two market stalls located on the basement floor in a high footfall area. Alongside an impressive footwear section, you'll find independent brands, vintage retailers and Hersheson's groundbreaking blow dry bar. The matte white stalls have a clean aesthetic. They’re bespoke-built and come with glass topped tables that are perfect for displaying your products.

* This space is available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.

* Topshop approval needed on all activations. A brand pack including mood boards, price point guidelines, visuals to support your offer, and details of online presence must be submitted with the initial idea. Further visuals and information on the look and feel of your activation may be required for final approval by the store creative team.

* All tenants are required to have £10m Public Liability and £5m Product Liability insurance.

* Your pop-up will need to be staffed at all times during store opening hours, and you will be responsible for re-stocking and merchandising the concession. All employees must have the right to work in the UK, go through a half day Topshop induction (at least 2 weeks prior to launch) and adhere to staff rules at all times.

* All sales will be processed through Topshop tills. First payment of sales will be paid in arrears 10 days after your first week of trade, then onwards sales are paid weekly.

* All saleable stock to be labelled with a concession number for processing through Topshop tills.

* Topshop can offer back of house storage but cannot guarantee the security of your stock. If secure storage is needed this must be specified at the point of application.

* Due to existing contracts, this space is unsuitable for the sale of activewear, coffee, sandwiches, salads, soup or sealed drinks.

* Price shown is inclusive of the actual market stall and all utilities, exclusive of VAT.
