A Little About This Space
Located on the corner of Oxford Circus, Topman sits inside one of the busiest shopping destinations in London. This grand flagship store is the crowning glory of Oxford Street and is unmatched in size and style.
Inside, you’ll find Topman's designs displayed next door to new and exciting menswear labels and other classic brands from Levis and Selected Homme to Calvin Klein Jeans. Each week, over 400,000 unique visitors come here to shop.
The personal shopping area sits on the top floor and benefits from having its own personal staircase, which can be closed off to the public. This is a beautifully attired space and makes the perfect spot to host a private event or showcase. The space can accommodate roughly 40 seated and up to 80 standing, and be rented by the evening or the week.

Opening Hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 09:30 - 21:00
Wednesday - Saturday: 09:30 - 22:00
Sunday: 11:30 - 18:30
N.B. Hours change in the approach to Christmas.
Access outside trading hours is available by arrangement.
This space is available for a minimum of 1 day, and a maximum of 1 week.
Topman approval needed on all activations. A brand pack including mood boards, visuals to support your offer, and details of online presence must be submitted with the initial idea. Further visuals and information on the look and feel of your activation may be required for final approval by the store creative team.
A small kitchen area with running water is available.
Capacity of the space is approximately 80 people including staff.
All tenants need to have Public, Employee and Product insurance.
Events in this space must be be staffed. Employee details must be submitted minimum 2 weeks before launch. All employees must go through a half day Topman induction and adhere to staff rules at all times. Store approvals, inductions and evidence of 'Right to Work' in the UK will need to take place minimum 2 weeks prior to launch.
